First find the share of people who did say no to both answers: 3/4 (No in Q1) * 1/3 (No in Q2) = 3/12. Since we are looking for the number of people who did NOT say no both times it is 12 - 3/12 = 9/12 = 3/4. Therefore, Answer D (Y * 3/4) is correct.
