QUANTITY A: \(0. \overline{35 }=0.35353535353535...\)
QUANTITY B: \(0.3 \overline{5}=0.35555555555555.....\)
At this point, we can see that the correct answer is B

If you round QA - we get 0.35
If we round QB - we get 0.36 . hence B is bigger.
If we round QB - we get 0.36 . hence B is bigger.
