Area of the rectangular wall = 12 * 8 = 96 sq.ft = 96 * 12 * 12 sq.inches
Area of each tile = 16 * 16 sq.inches
Number of tiles = (96 * 12 * 12)/(16 * 16) = 54
Each tile has 4 blue squares --> Number of blue squares = 54 * 4 = 216
Answer: B
