In such type of questions, we tend to have the same base on both sides so we could compare the exponents.
First, we simplify the expression by adding all the terms on the left hand side.
\((7)7^9=7^x\)
\(7^{9+1}=7^x\)
\(7^{10}=7^x\)
Hence, x=10. So the answer is B.
