This is a subtle tricky dirty question.

Monetizing means that the board must find a way to revitalize or a new way to gain money, due to the disruption they have had.

However, appreciating means increasing the value. Think about the currency exchange. It goes up and down on a daily basis. When an exchange increases its value you do have an appreciation. So F is the correct pair to monetize
