The importance of healthy eating habits is laid out in the first part of the sentence, and nutritionists are noted to take it seriously in how they are constantly advising their patients to eat healthily. Going to the second part of the sentence, however, there is that word 'however' which highlights that that second part would have a content that is the direct opposite of what was in the first part. So, while nutritionists are convinced of healthy eating and while they take it seriously, young people (at least the young people of the sentence under consideration) do not. They do not have much consideration for it and can barely be bothered about it. As such, cavalier and frivolous are the correct answer choices.
