we do know that 35% is the total of both A+B
therefore, our 35% is the total value of the two sub percentage \(82+45.5 \approx 128\)
what percent of 128% (1.28) is 35%
translate
\(\frac{x}{100} 1.28= 0.35\)
\(X = 27.3\)
answer is E

Unfortunately I do not understand the explanation provided. I tried solving it with the double matrix method and obtained A. Can someone explain it please via double matrix method?
