Here, we make use of the equation of a line, i.e., \(y=mx+c\) where \(m\) is the slope and \(c\) is the y-intercept.
We are given that x intercept is 3. Thus, making \(y=0\) gives
\(0=(-2)(3)+c\)
\(c=6\)
Hence, answer is A
