If
\(x > 0\) then \(|x| = x\)

&

\(x < 0\) then \(|x| = -x\)

So accordingly the value of \(\frac{|x|}{x}\) will change between \(-1\) & \(1\)

X can either be +/-ve

Case 1: x = -1 . A will be -ve 1 and equal to B, so ans is C ---->> A: |-1| = 1, but we do have x in denominator, which will make A -ve as a whole.
Case 2: x = 1. A will be greater than B, so ans is A

So no definitive ans and final ans should be D
