\(2(a + b) = 24\)
\(a + b = 12\)
The (a,b) or (b,a) pairs can be: \((1,11) , (2,10) , (3,9) , (4,8) , (5,7) , (6,6)\)
Area can be: \(11 , 20 , 27 , 32 , 35 , 36\)
Answer \(B C D\)

As per the Above explanation
B) 32 = 8x4
C) 35 = 7x5
[ANSWER : B,C
But
D) 36 = 6x6 , It is Square , NOT a rectangle.
D) ---> I feel Wrong
