We do not need the OA. We solve it even faster.

Subsidies in the specified period went from 5 to 7.5 = 2.5

The tickets went from 7.5 to 15 =7.5

2.5/7.5=25/75=1/3=33.3333333333 %= 33 and 1/3

B is the answer

PS: in DI just focus a lot on the graph and apply your usual notions: median, % increase or decrease.....there is nothing of difficult
