Note that 1-N is always negative and N-M is always positive, which will result in QTY B> QTY A. This is true when N and M are integers with M>0.
However, when N and M are not necessarily integers i.e., N could be 0.2 and M could be 0.1, then 1-N=0.8 and N-M=0.1, which will result in QTY A > QTY B.
Hence, the answer is D.

It’s still possible that N could be less than 1. Hence, the answer is D.
