\(x\) is positive.
Multiplying both the quantities with \(7\)
Qt A :: \(2x + 10\)
Qt B :: \(7x + 7\)
Subtract \(2x + 7\) from both the quantities
Qt \(A = 3\)
Qt \(B = 5x\)
As \(x > 1\), for any value of \(x\), Qt B > Qt A
Answer \(B\)
