July have 31 days. So Jackie would had have 31*3 pills = 93 pills if he had started on 7 am on July 1 morning. Since he skipped that pill. He took only 92 pills in July 3 more pills on august 1 + 3 more pills on august 2 ---------------------------- 92+3+3=98 pills His other two pills will be over on 2nd prescribed time on august 3 that is 3 PM
