(Refer to the figure below)
Sum of the numbers on the front of the figure = 6(9) + 7(4) + 8(3) = 54 + 28 + 24 + 106
Hence, option E

After the first rotation we have:

6 6 6 6
8 8 8 8
6 6 6 6
6 6 6 6

After the second rotation we have:

6 6 7 6
8 8 7 8
6 6 7 6
6 6 7 6

Total = 106.

Answer = E.
