Both equation are same, if we divide 2nd eq by 2 and scuffle, we get 4x/2=10/2+2y/2 ----> 2x = 5 + y -----> 2x - y = 5
We need 2 equations to solve 2 variables, however only have 1 eq, so can't find x.
Hence option D is correct ans
