I believe ans is option E, Carcass could you please advise on OE
(A) The GDP was highest in 2004. - True (B) The GDP in 2003 was higher than in 2007. True - 2003 between 2% and 3% in 2007 less than 2% (C) The GDP in 2008 was lower than in 2007. True - 2007 less than 2% and 2008 is less than 0% (D) The GDP in 2010 was higher than in 2007. True - 2007 less than 2% and 2010 is almost equal to 3% (E) All of the statements are true. - True

Note that the graph shows the growth rate of the GDP, as opposed to the actual number!
(A) The GDP growth rate, not the actual GDP, was highest in 2004. (B) The actual GDP is not necessarily higher. (C) The actual GDP is lower in 2008 than in 2007 because the year recorderd a negative growth rate. (D) Though the point in 2010 is higher than the point in 2007, this is not indicative of a higher GDP.

Thanks Carcass, yes just looking at % without actual amount is incorrect and we will defiantly know that from 2007 to 2008 there is a decrease, because we can use 2007 as a base.
