Strategy: Since Quantity A contains both variables (x and y), let's first manipulate the given inequality to see if we can make it look like Quantity A. \\
Given: 4x < 3 - 2y
Add 2y both sides of the inequality: 4x + 2y < 3
Divide both sides by 2 to get: 2x + y < 1.5
Since 1.5 < 2, we can write: 2x + y < 1.5 < 2, which means Quantity B is greater
Answer: B
