Expanding the quadratic equation, we get x=1/3.

Given: \(9x^2 = 6x − 1\)
Subtract \(6x\) and add \(1 \) to both quantities to get: \(9x^2 - 6x + 1 = 0\)
This looks an awful lot like a special product, which we can factor to get: \((3x - 1)(3x - 1) = 0\), which means \(3x-1 =0\), which means \(x = \frac{1}{3}\)
So, we have:
QUANTITY A: \(\frac{1}{3}\)
QUANTITY B: \(1\)
Answer: B
