Using the concept of PEMDAS, we get:
quantity A: 30
quantity B: -20

30 > -20

We always evaluate what is inside paranthesis before proceeding.

The answer is (A)

Thanks for the correction. I have edited the original answer

a⊕b=a^2−b

a⊙b=a+b^2

Quantity A
[3⊕4]⊙5
[9-4]⊙5
5⊙5=5+5^2 = 30

Quantity A: 30
