Ratio of length to width is 3:2. Introduce the unknown multiplier, X, for each side. Now we have 3X and 2X. 3X*2X must equal the area, so 6X^2 = 150. 150/6 = 25. We can take the root of 25 to find X because a side can't be negative. So we know thw unknown multiplier is 5. Sides are 15 and 10. 2(15) +2(10) = 50, or E.

tou know that lenght:width is 3:2 and lenght*width=150. Therefore l= 3/2 w, you plug this in the other equation and you get w* 3/2*w = 150 --> 3/2*w^2= 150 --> w^2 = 100 --> w=10 then you plug 10 in l =3/2 *w --> l= 3/2* 10 --> l= 15 finally you find the perimeter P= 15+15+10+10=50. Answer E
