I am planning on persuing MS in MIS(Management Information Systems) and I want to stay relevant to the technical side but not in development as coding doesn't excite me, can y'all suggest some good universities in US that have a balance of both technical and management side and not just towards management ?

Dear Balance Seeker,
When considering MIS programs, look at what department the program is being offered from. That should be a good indicator to start your research from. Typically, the University of Washington, Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Michigan-Dearborn should meet your requirements.
You will have to do some systematic research to find your final list of universities though.
