Given: \(3x^2 − 27 = 0\)
Factor: \(3(x^2 − 9) = 0\)
Factor more: \(3(x+3)(x-3) = 0\)
So, EITHER \(x +3 = 0\) OR \(x -3 = 0\), which means \(x = -3\) OR \(x = 3\)
We get:
QUANTITY A: \(3\)
QUANTITY B: \(3\)
Answer: C
