We need to find x
\(x:x \sqrt{3} :2x\)
\(x \sqrt{3 }= 2 \sqrt{3}\)
\(x=2\)
\(2x=4\)
C is the answer

One can apply pythagoras too. x^2+12=4x^2 and value of x is 2 ...so AC is 4
