Theory
Given that Set S = {y-z, x} and mean is 3y and we need to find x in terms of y and z.
Mean of Set S = Sum of All the Values / 2 (As there are 2 values)
=> Mean = \(\frac{(y-z) + x }{ 2}\) = 3y (given)
=> y - z + x = 2*3y = 6y
=> x = 6y - y + z = 5y + z = z + 5y
So, Answer will be C.

=> Mean = \(\frac{(y-z) + x }{ 2}\) = 3y (given)
=> y - z + x = 2*3y = 6y
