No. of positive divisors of x = 350,000 => 350000 = (2^4)*(5^5)*(7^1) => no. of divisors = (4+1)*(5+1)*(1+1) = 5*6*2 = 60
y = 45,000 => 45000 = (2^3)*(3^2)*(5^4) => no. of divisors = (3+1)*(2+1)*(4+1) = 4*3*5 = 60
Hence, the correct answer would be (C)
y = 45,000 => 45000 = (2^3)*(3^2)*(5^4) => no. of divisors = (3+1)*(2+1)*(4+1) = 4*3*5 = 60
