Look at the venn diagram and find value of x.

Clearly \(25-x + 15 - x + x+65 = 100\)
So x = 5%.
So if 5% of population is 2000. The population is 40000.
Also (25- x + 15 -x )% own either phone or car so 30% own phone or car!
Hence option C is correct!
