We start with 4C and 4D, then
1st round: 4C + 2D vs 2D
2nd round: 2C + D vs 2D + D + 2C = 3D + 2C
Thus, answer E
1st round: 4C + 2D vs 2D
2nd round: 2C + D vs 2D + D + 2C = 3D + 2C
Thus, answer E
