14 divided by 5 equals 2 with remainder 4.
14 divided by 3 equals 4 with remainder 2.
So we have:

Theory
Quantity A
The remainder when 14 is divided by 5 = The remainder when 4 is divided by 5 = 4
Quantity B
The remainder when 14 is divided by 3 = The remainder when (1+4=5) is divided by 3 = 2
Clearly, Quantity A > Quantity B
So, Answer will be A
