The curved Surface area is
2 * pie * r * h = 24 * pie
For the openings or lids,
Area of two circles = 2 * pie * r^2

T.S.A = 26 * pie = 81.68 m^2

The option B might be incorrectly mentioned in cm instead of meters

Not sure it is wrong.

if you calculate the SA with the meters provided in the figure you will end up in decimals

81.64 cm^2 of course

B is the answer.

A little bit off but not the end of the world. Still a good question to practice
