The first blank should be easy to start with, 2.5% is "small potatoes" compared to 45%. Wind energy is very less compared to fossil fuels because of "host of scientific issues", these issues need to be fixed(Overcome) in order to "seriously challenge". For third blank, one of the issues is surprisingly________, if you still do not understand the fundamental way, then it is surprisingly "Basic".
