These are the following ways of making a sum of 10:
(3,7), (4,6), (5,5), (6,4). Each of the pairs has two elements: the first from Set A and the second from Set B.
Answer is: P(Choosing first element from Set A)/P(Choosing second element from Set A) * 4 (multiplying by four because there are four sets).
This equals: (1/4)*(1/5)*4 = 1/5.
