The given graph is a Box and Whisker Plot
Theory: The starting line of the box in a Box and Whisker plot is Q1, the Line inside the Box is Median or Q2 and the end of the Box is Q3
=> Q1 is 17, Q3 is 18 but there is no line inside the box
=> Q2 can be same as Q1 (17) or same as Q2(18)
=> Quantity A = Q3 = 18 and Quantity B = Median = 17 or 18
So, We cannot provide the answer for sure.
So, Answer will be D
