Let's arrange the set in ascending order first, we get

N = { 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 9, 13 }

Mean = \(\frac{Sum }{ 8}\) = \(\frac{2 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 8 + 9 + 9 + 13}{8}\) = \(\frac{56}{8} = 7\)

Mode = 9 (As 9 has occurred the maximum number of times)

Median = Middle term = Mean of Middle two terms as there are odd number of numbers = Mean of 7 and 8 = \(\frac{7 + 8}{2}\) = \(\frac{15}{2}\) = 7.5

Range = Highest Value - Lowest Value = 13 - 2 = 11

Mean + Mode + Median + Range = 7 + 9 + 7.5 + 11 = 34.5

So, Answer will be B.
