We just know that the two numbers are positive and integers. Nothing else.

Maybe they are equal such as both 1

QA 1/1 =1

QB (1/1)^2 = 1

C is the answer

However, p = 2 and q = 3

QA 2/3

QB 4/9

A > B

Two conflict answers , as such the answer is D
