\((\frac{1}{5}-\frac{1}{2}) \div (\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{2})\)
\(\frac{2 - 5}{10} \div \frac{2 + 5}{10}\)
\(\frac{-3}{10} \div \frac{7}{10}\)
Next, divide the fractions by flipping the numerator and denominator and multiplying:
\(\frac{-3}{7}\).
Hence option C is correct.

We need to find the value of \((\frac{1}{5}-\frac{1}{2}) \div (\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{2})\)
\((\frac{1}{5}-\frac{1}{2}) \div (\frac{1}{5}+\frac{1}{2})\) = \((\frac{2}{10}-\frac{5}{10}) \div (\frac{2}{10}+\frac{5}{10})\)
= \((\frac{2-5}{10}) \div (\frac{2+5}{10})\) = \((\frac{-3}{10}) \div (\frac{7}{10})\)
= \(\frac{-3}{7}\)
So, Answer will be C
