Penalty on GRE Raw Score

Recently, I gave ETS PowerPrep 1 mock and scored 163 on quantitative section. However, upon reviewing the mock I realized the number of incorrect questions were only 5. Is there something I am missing out on? I thought score penalties only apply when someone gets easy section (that is, scores 7 or below in first quant section). Pretty sure not the case here.

Weird. The penalty is only for those who score in the easy area. For the medium and hard zone, there is always a rewarding-point.

Nope this is pretty much all that ETS provides after the test besides reviewing incorrect answers. No detailed diagnostic report provided for mock exams, unlike that with official GRE exams. I speculate the cause maybe due to one of my mistakes (silly one) being on an easy question but then again I am already losing 1 mark for incorrect answer. It could also mean ETS's scaling algorithm for PowerPrep exams is somewhat inconsistent. For instance, there is also no bonus points despite getting medium sections on verbal.
I hope the scaling is more forgiving on my actual GRE exam.
