\(ABPD\) is a rectangle and \(AB=DP\). A is \(\angle90°\) so also the corresponding angle D must be \(90°\). If D is \(90° PQ\) is the longest side of the \(\trinagle PDQ\).
Sp \(PQ\) is > of side \(DP\). \(DP\) is \(= AB\).
Therefore, \(PQ > AB\)
B is the answer
