Recommender switched jobs

One of my recommenders is not in the same job/organization they were in when we worked together. The application asks for the recommender's organization and position/title, but does specify whether that should be in relation to the job when we worked together, or their current role. Which information do I put?

In my view, he still is able to recommend you even thought is no longer in that position.
The most important thing is not that he is not out of the field.
I.E:for example: at the time he was a professor at X institution and now is a professor at Y institution. He is still able to back up you
