In other words: \(\frac{2+4+6+8}{4} = \frac{1+3+5+x}{4}\)
Multiply both sides of the equation by \(4\) to get: \(2+4+6+8=1+3+5+x\)
Simplify to get: \(20=9+x\), which means \(x = 11\)
Answer: D
