In order to solve this, first we must find what percentage 180 is of 1,200:
$$
\(\frac{180}{1,200}=0.15\)
$$
So we know that we need at least $\(15\) %$ to be a correct answer.
Out of the known percentages, we see that only ( $E$ ) is a correct answer so far.
Next, we must find $x$ and $y$.
When we add all known values, we get $\(58\) %$, meaning that $\(x+y=42 \)%$.
We also know that $\(x=2 y\)$, so we can plug in:
$$
\(\begin{aligned}
2 y+y & =42 \\
3 y & =42 \\
y & =14 \\
\text { so, } x & =28 .
\end{aligned}\)
$$
This means that $(A)$ is greater than $\(15\) %$, so it is also correct.
The correct answers are (A) and (E).
