Why not B?

I guess you are alluding to question 2.

Answer B is wrong because there was never a mention of comparison between the subjects of Alice Austen and Marion Palfi anywhere in the passage.

Though I got all the 23 right , I was highly confused between Option B & Option C for Question 1. Can anyone illustrate the reasons for dropping Option B.

3/3 in 6 min 46 seconds.

Questions with multiple choices always scary but I forced myself and asked wh A and B are wrong and then finally chose C
