i guessed unimportant dont where I'm wrongs . Since it used emphasize as a word I thought it was unimportant.Please anyone explain me this how it is inappropriate.

The admin from now ongoing has the intention to put a major emphasis on certain skills that before were considered inappropriate and now if they are into the CV the candidate could have an advantage and a boost over the others.

That's is the real sense of the sentence as a whole.

therefore, E is the only answer choice that fits the bill.

Unimportant is wrong because before the privilege was given to skills such as economic and for certain job, art, was inappropriate.

Today instead everything could come in handy
