The problem is ot that difficult. Just read carefully and pick up numbers
Firs we have a price increase. suppose was 100 and a charge of 20% so the new price is 120
Then you have to go back giving a discount and to go back to 100 the discount must be 16.66%
20% > 16.66%
A > B
