The number of boys in Class \($A=\frac{3}{8} \times 176=3 \times 22=66\)$ The number of boys in Class $\(B=\frac{5}{11} \times 176=5 \times 16=80\)$ The total number of boys in the classes $\(A\)$ and $\(B=146\)$. Thus, the correct answer is $\(C\)$.
