Question 3
Okonkwo treats biodiversity constraint as what makes oases ideal laboratories. The author counters that the constraint applies only to terrestrial/riparian taxa and that the aquifer offsets it. Okonkwo is therefore vulnerable to the charge that he overweights terrestrial species-paucity and underweights hydrological endowments. A captures this precisely.

B: No evidence Okonkwo misinterprets the model.

C: No mention of Okonkwo misrepresenting Delgado and Kostas.

D: Okonkwo doesn't dispute the distance-species relationship.

E: Opposite — Okonkwo studies adaptation, he doesn't underestimate it. The criticism is that he overstates the constraint itself.
