The sum of all the odd integers up to 150 is $\(75^2\)$ and the sum of all the odd integers up to 50 is $\(25^2\)$. Therefore, the sum of all the odd integers from 50 to 150 is $\(75^2-25^2=5000\)$.
Thus the correct answer is 5000
