A is some digit with tens digit 4, and 2A has tens digit of 9.
The minimum value of A is 45 -> 45*2=90 which fits our conditions. In this case, the units digit of A is greater than 4.
What about the maximum? Well 50*2 is 100, so clearly the maximum of A is 49, in which 2A is 98.
So 45<=A<=49
In all cases, the units digit is greater than 4.
