Quantity A and B have 0.77777... in common so we can divide by it and we are left with a comparison between 0.8*35 = 28 and 1.8*15 = 27. Quantity A is greater!

It's a good question.
We can divide both quantities by same number. So let's divide both by (0.7777...), we'll get:
Quantity A: (0.8) (35)
Quantity B: (1.8) (15)
Now, let's multiply both quantities by 10 to simplify 0.8 and 1.8. And then divide by 5 to simplify 35 and 15, i.e
Quantity A: (8) (7) = 56
Quantity B: (18) (3) = 54
Thus, Choice A is correct.
