So this is very simple. All the numbers -457 to 0 and 0 to 457 will eliminate them selves as they the sum of those numbers would equal 0.
This means that now we just need to find the sum of the remaining integers: 458 and 459
\(458 + 459 = 917\)
The answer is \(917\)

I wish stuff like this was on the GRE! -457 to 457 cancel as it's inclusive. Then add 458 and 459. Easy.
